How does all of this work?

Contact us after you've finalized your event date and booked a venue. Both will impact the style and quantity of decor you'll need. Browse our rental inventory and get inspiration from our Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Submit a wishlist of your desired items, or contact us if you'd like a free consultation. We will send you a proposal to review and accept. 

Do you have a minimum order requirement? 

All rentals are subject to a $50 rental minimum. Deliveries are subject to a $250 minimum and are quoted separately. Rental pricing does not include delivery fees. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit and signed rental agreement to reserve your order. Many of our items are one of a kind, so we recommend choosing your items and making a deposit as soon as possible. 

How do I pickup/drop off my rental items? 

We offer curb-side pickup and drop off of rental items. Your items will be packed and ready at the time of pickup. We require all packing materials be returned with your items at drop off.

What happens if it rains during my event?

Our signage and vintage items are one of a kind treasures and cannot be exposed to rain. You are responsible for ensuring all items remain safe and dry for the duration of your rental period. 

What happens if I damage or break an item?

Our rental fees anticipate normal wear and tear. However, if you or a guests damages or breaks a rental item, we will invoice you for the cost to repair or replace the item.  

Can I use real candles? 

We love the look and warmth of real candles. If you choose to use real candles, all lanterns, votives, candlesticks, and other candle holders must be returned wax-free. If candle wax is found on any rental item, we will invoice you for a cleaning fee of $1.00 per item or half the rental cost of each wax-damaged item, whichever is greater. To reduce the likelihood of wax damage, we ask that you only use enclosed candles and not move candles holders until wax is completely dry. If using taper candles, we recommend using the "dripless" variety. 

Do you participate in styled shoots?

Yes! We love participating in styled shoots and collaborating with other vendors. We are happy to offer our styling, rentals, and calligraphy in exchange for professional photos and appropriate credit on all blog posts, social media, etc.
